This division was originally established in Lima back in 1940 as a wool mill. At the end of the 1940's was moved to the southern city of Arequipa and started not only processing wool but also manufacturing hand tufted Alpaca and wool carpet.

Since that time Clisa and Michell Rugs & Carpets Products has been recognised as a high quality handmade carpets made in various designs, shapes, sizes and colours for both domestic and international markets, reengineered its organization, production and customer service to adapt to the constant changes of the market.

We are able to produce unique carpets with unique designs, colour and shapes, thus giving a touch of art in any desired space.
